By Conference:

SEC- 5, Big XII- 5, Big 10- 3, ACC- 4, Pac 10- 3, Mountain West- 3, Independent 1, WAC- 1

BIG EAST- 0

So far in this early season, only three Big East teams have player. West Virginia and Pittsburgh came up victorious, while Syracuse fell short.

The season is still young, so there is a chance that you can see teams like Louisville, Rutgers, West Virginia, Southern Florida, UConn, and Pittsburgh possibly crack the Top 25. This will especially be the case when conference like the SEC and Big XII start beating up on each other (each has 5 representatives in the Top 25).

Regardless of this, it is still disappointing to see no Big East representatives in the Top 25. But don't worry, once the hardwood is polished, I guarantee you that will change.

Keywords: Big East, Rutgers, Pittsburgh, Syracuse, West Virginia
